Doltone House La Dolce Vita Dinner

50 lucky guests from the industry were invited to sample Doltone House’s hospitality at the La Dolce Vita Dinner at their Hyde Park venue this week.

On arrival, we were escorted into the Manhattan Room for the first of many experiences for the night – a wine and cheese tasting event hosted by Claudia Bowman, matching three wines with three canapés.

Onto the stunning setting of the Ballroom where we were treated to a three-course seated dinner starting with a magnificent Italian antipasto platter and spaghetti Aglio e Olio. The main was a Tomahawk steak platter with sides of roasted chat potatoes, carrots, green beans with fried capers and rocket and parmesan cheese salad.

To end the evening a tuille reveal opened to showcase a beautifully presented dessert station and gelato cart. A perfect way to finish a very memorable night.

Wonderful food, wine, venue and theming, teamed with excellent hosts. A perfect venue for conference dinners.
